Proper planning is the basis for a good network and an efficient realisation of the order. We offer you technical planning according to your specifications and guidelines. For this purpose, we use common planning software such as Caublescout or CAD as well as technical aids and GIS portals. We procure the necessary line surveys, submit requests for the use of third-party cable ducts and coordinate the work with all involved parties such as authorities and customers.

Network construction
We create and expand your pipeline network. Our offer includes the realisation of cable ducts and pipe systems. Excavation work for laying the pipes is carried out by hand or using appropriate machinery, always in an effort to minimise the impact on the environment and existing infrastructure. Good excavated material is reused, while polluted material is disposed of or reprocessed professionally. By means of soil displacement hammers we also carry out undercuts up to 20m in length and 120mm in diameter. New building inlets are made with core drilling machines and then sealed with air bags, rubber or gas seals. Of course, we also carry out all desired in-house installations.

Cable pull
We install fibre optic and copper cables of various types and dimensions. We have mastered the necessary pulling-in techniques and have the necessary equipment to pull in cables professionally. By using feed rods with cleaning and camera heads, we are sometimes able to overcome unexpected obstacles without the need for structural measures. The use of mechanical feeding aids and deflection rollers should help to move the cable feed as efficiently as possible without over-stressing the cable. The maximum tensile forces that occur can also be regulated and recorded.

Using optical time-domain reflectometry (OTDR) and attenuation measurements, we check the quality of fibre optic installations. A laser pulse is coupled into the optical fibre and the backscattered light is measured over time. Based on the backscatter intensity, the losses of splices, connectors and the fibre can be measured and evaluated. The measurement results are logged and evaluated according to the customer's requirements. In the field of copper cables we offer voltage, short circuit and insulation resistance measurements.
